    You will maximize sales of licensed products by our licensees by conducting efficient and effective promotional plans at retail which are consistent with the brand strategy. Reporting into the Retail & Marketing Director UK, you'll also work closely with the total CPLG UK team, to develop regional retail and marketing initiatives.


    You will get to:

    • Act as main point of contact for your own portfolio of brands and retailers, be responsible for the day to day account management of appointed licensors and retailers
    • Develop and maintain sales materials including brand decks, one sheets, product inspiration, looks books etc.
    • Develop annual retail and marketing plans and activities in collaboration with the R & M Director and initiatives of the licensor.
    • Identify and assist with key promotions and experiential opportunities which deliver revenue and support the CP and Retail programmes
    • Develop joint and cross promotions between the retailer and relevant licensees.
    • Capturing and reporting all brand activities in status reports, newsletters and case studies
    • Communicate and respond to licensee and retailer questions, keeping relevant brand partners up to date and informed about brand activities.
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with retailers, licensors, partners and licensees (where appropriate).
    • Organise tailor made promotions and events aimed at the specific brand demographic
    • Develop local communication and awareness strategy and execute in line with licensor initiatives (Web, Social Media, PR, collaborations etc.)
    • Visit fairs, exhibitions, conferences as needed.
    • Conduct Quarterly store visits with gap analysis
    • Collect relevant market information, identifying market opportunities to help drive sales and brand awareness.
    • Keep up to date with local marketing activities and trends (competitors, retailers and consumers).
    • Continuously strive to identify and expand retail partners that have not worked with CPLG
    • Work with R & B team to ensure retail listings are collated from all licensees across the portfolio each quarter, and disseminated
    • Ensure all retail activity is recorded across the portfolio and shared with relevant teams each quarter.
    • Support R & M Director with presentations and present at Retail Academy, and actively promote the service to retailers.
